As the title says.. just an average budget hotel. Good for the pocket. The location is great with metro next door and lots of restaurants around. Safe neighbourhood. Fairly clean (nothing spectacular). Lift only fits 2 people (squeezed). Shower worked well. Flat TV (but not many channels). Beds ok.

Location amazing but hotel a let down. You pay for what you get so we did not really expect More as it was one of the cheapest hotels in the area1 min from oberkampf metro lots of nice restaurants Indiana was our favourite.Very close to the open bus tour stop.Room was small but it served its purpose. The big let down was the bathroom as there was a lot of mould.Quite noisy as the walls are paper thin and a lot of noise from the street.We were just looking for a base not a luxury hotel and thesis what we got if the bathroom had of been better my rating would be higher and it is only as high as it is due to the location.I would probably stay again due to the location.

The staff was nice and helpful speaking good english. The location was excellent next to the metro with excellent connections to paris city centre,for us as tourists this was great. The room was small but however we was only sleeping there as we was out sightseeing most of the day and evenning. The bed was comfy and there wasnt much noise to keep you awake this hotel catered or needs.

Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Room hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest when i went in for the first time. it is possible to buy wifi time, but it is hugely unreliable and slow (although i was offered assistance and free extra time from the staff).

Pros: Kind helpful people at reception. perfect temperature room on 5th floor overlooking grey leaded roofs and orange chimney pots, very french. shower that worked well, clean bedding, clean tiled-floor room, comfy bed. new lg flatscreen tv.
Cons: Desperately needs a repaint. bathroom smelt of stale turnips until after my first shower, possibly because the room had not been occupied for a while out of season, then fine...very french drains?!

Pros: The triple room is spacious and comfortable and toilet very clean. the metro is quite nearby so easy to travel around
Cons: The lift is extremely tiny difficult for baggage and 3 passengers

Pros: The bed, bath, toilet and sink were clean, otherwise we would have changed hotels. good location except for traffic noise
Cons: The room was dirty, hadn't seen a coat of paint in probably 30 years, carpet very old and looked disgusting, hard to tell whether it was, facilities distinctly lacking (my fault for not checking but i assumed every room has coffee making facilities nowadays). very noisy as right by the road and could hear people in next room very well. on a par with hotels we stayed in in vietnam last year, except we were paying 10 dollars per night.

Pros: Nice clean bathroom, reasonable size of room, very quiet
Cons: The sheets were very old and thin and not big enough for the bed. the mattress cover was "impermeable" therefore very uncomfortably hot during the night.

Pros: Facility to metro station. it was really close to the metro, nice area. some of the staff were very helpful
Cons: Room cleaning was horrible i stayed with my friends in a 3 bed room they only made one bed during the 3 days i was there never changed the baths towels we always got really late to the room until the last night complained about it and they put new towels

Pros: Locaiton. kind, helpful staffs.
Cons: We asked to change the first room that we got, becouse it was dirty, poor (the next room was ok). we had to pay the room the first day. wery basic breakfast. wery small elavetor.

Pros: It was a good location,close to metro and has a great sunday market nearby.easy to walk to notre dame and le louve and plenty of places to eat.
Cons: There was a nightclub at the back of the hotel,it was noisy and the constant drone of the v tiny lift all night kept us awake.as did the slamming of doors for hours on end as the staff cleaned the rooms early each morning.the walls were so thin between rooms that it was possible to hear people speaking in the next room.earplugs a must for a stay here!rooms a bit shabby.

Pros: The location is excellent, you can get to the main sites even by foot, but also there are 2 metro stations 2 minutes from the hotel. the area is also very nice. the hotel staff was friendly.
