If you're looking for bar and restaurant 'in-house' then this is not for you.If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, welcoming, well-located central Paris hotelthen this is for you.Located mid-way between Sacre Coeur and the Opera House.Excellent 'continental' breakfast, helpful staff and an 'all-day' complimentary Snack bar -biscuits, soft drinks, tea and coffee.Excellent 3 star

 "Great Hotel!"
The only issue we had was a small computer glitch which made our room service arrive late. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

 "Excellent in every way!"
This must be the best hotel deal in Paris. The decor is fresh and fabulous, the front desk staff are friendly, the location is good, the cost is fair, and the breakfast buffet is delicious (what a gorgeous dining room!). Soundproofing, water pressure, beds -- everything is super. Better to stay here and take the metro to areas closer to the Seine than pay 100 euros more per night for a hotel that's only slightly more central and not as good.

Pros: The hotel exceeded the expectations set by the previous positive reviews and the attractive pictures. although everything was wonderful, what was particularly impressive was the level of service. i believe it was equivalent to what one would expect on the club level of a 4 or 5 star hotel. particularly outstanding at the front desk were ahmed and elise. all of the rest of the staff, including leo and pascal, were excellent too. just a few examples of this level of attention-- ahmed helped arrange several reservations for one evening, even getting a spot in one of the most difficult to book restaurants. he then printed out maps for each location explained how to arrive there and made additional recommendations regarding whether to take metro or taxi. all of this was done with a great attitude and tremendous patience. elise too made a special effort to arrange everything. on our first evening when i mentioned i was not sure about the location of our room because of possible noise, elise offered right away to change it the following day if i was not happy (they were fully booked that evening). she was right and noise was not an issue, but i appreciated that immediate response to resolve the situation. throughout my stay, she provided helpful information. for wake up calls, not only would there be an automated call, but also a personal follow up call to make sure that i was awake. everyone knew my name at the hotel, even though i only stayed three nights. the front desk staff was always smiling and ready help.
breakfast was good and it was great to have the free snacks and drinks available throughout the day. the decor is really thoughtful and unique. it is a lovely boutique hotel. the rooms and bathroom were impeccably clean upon arrival and each day.

Pros: Staff were wonderful, really helpful. liked my room a lot. great stay. liked the continuous tea and coffee available.
Cons: My bedroom door was hard to open. taxis took a long time! would have liked tea and coffee facilities in my room.

Cons: I arrived at the hotel at 1pm and was told i could not check in until 2pm. this is ridiculous! the reception staff made an exception and i was allowed to check in at 1.15pm.
