Pros: Easy walk from gare du nord, so good for eurostar travellers. friendly staff.

Pros: The lady at reception "sabria" was extremely helpful and kind to us, going the "extra mile" to make enquiries after our luggage was late due to problems at the airport. thank you sabria. the shower was great.

Pros: The libertel is conveniently located between gare du nord and gare de l'est stations and handy to metro jaures station.
the rooms are small like any paris hotel rooms, but very clean and appear to have been renovated. certainly adequate for a few days stay. handy to shops and supermarkets. however would always recommend booking a 'comfort' room as opposed to a 'standard'. there is also a lift - not always available in two star paris hotels.
Cons: Nothing negative.

Pros: The room was spotless, the bedlinen was clean and freash, the towels were changed daily. the room, shower and loo were all small but functional and there was pleanty of hot water. the room had a flat screen tv and tea/coffee making facilities. the hotel is a few minutes from the mero and the trains run regularly from very early until late at night. we had no complaints.

Pros: V friendly staff, very convenient if you coming and going from gare de nord or gare de l'est. slightly dodgy area though with a fair few drunks and shady looking people around the canal by the hotel. if you dont mind that the this is an awesome hotel.

Pros: Service and information at front desk was excellent. rooms were very clean and location very good for sight-seeing as metro was very close by.

Pros: The room is clear and tidy with simple design, it is well equipped. good location near to the metro, supermarket & places for food.
Cons: Storing luggages after checkout seems unsafe, it was kept in an open area with cctv only, no registration is needed.

Pros: The hotel was cleaned amazingly every day. the staff were helpful on the front desk.
Cons: It was a little hot in the rooms (too hot at night) so we had to sleep with the windows open and were disturbed by the metro/traffic. (this was not a major problem though, my only negative i can think of!)

Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable and ideally situated near the metro , restaurants, pattisseries and shops . staff were friendly and we had an enjoyable stay.i would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Very very clean rooms (we stayed in the renovated part which is great), always clean sheets and towels, we did not eat breakfast instead having something from the many patisseries close by, very close to supermarket and several banks, as well as fresh fruit and vegetables market, has a kettle in the room, bbc world tv, like 20 m from the metro station
Cons: Room was a bit small but thats expected for paris hotels, we never had any problem with the size though and we stayed 7 nights, so i would say its fine.
