Cons: Staff often not at reception, bathroom not particularly clean, couldn't get ac to work, exterior of hotel is very ugly.

Pros: When we checked in we were given the room next to the lift but i'd forgotten my ear plugs (i'm a light sleeper) so we asked to be moved if possible. this was no problem and we were moved to a quiet room at the back of the hotel which was a lovely bright and clean room with excellent blackout curtains and very comfy bed. we slept soundly both nights.
we definitely recommend this hotel and it's helpful staff.
Cons: Get to breakfast before 9.30 as the good stuff goes fast, however they will go to the bakery to get more bread if you ask!
