"My stay with this hotel only lasted 2 nights"
Pros: My stay with this hotel only lasted 2 nights.
Cons: After booking to stay in a specific location i was told my room had been sold and i would have to stay at a different hotel, after requesting a twin i revived a double, the hotel said there is nothing they could do and my college had to sleep on the sofa yet pay full hotel price to do so, i was not compensated, satisfied or felt that i had been accommodated in any way, worst hotel experience i ever had, i will never use the melia group ever again.

"Well situated and very clean"
Pros: Well situated and very clean.
Cons: Rooms surprisingly very small for the price. beds were very hard and uncomfortable. no tea or coffee making facilities. very ordinary and not anything like as grand as was described.
