Cons: Rooms surprisingly very small for the price. beds were very hard and uncomfortable. no tea or coffee making facilities. very ordinary and not anything like as grand as was described.

Cons: After booking to stay in a specific location i was told my room had been sold and i would have to stay at a different hotel, after requesting a twin i revived a double, the hotel said there is nothing they could do and my college had to sleep on the sofa yet pay full hotel price to do so, i was not compensated, satisfied or felt that i had been accommodated in any way, worst hotel experience i ever had, i will never use the melia group ever again.
