 "Excellent Hotel"
This hotel is about a minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, we were so pleased with the location. The room was compact but enough space for the two of us and 2 suitcases, the in room amenities were great. Rainfall shower in an immaculate bathroom, free soft drink mini bar, proper coffee machine, the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in and memory foam pillows. Also complimentary bath robe and slippers. The service from staff was excellent, all so helpful, quick room service and housekeeping. Delicious breakfast included with room price, massive variety. Great value for money. We really could not have been any happier with our stay, we will definitely be staying here again.

 "Couldnt ask for anything else"
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Location wise you could not ask for anything else. You come out of the front and the Eiffel tower is right there. Staff were very polite and helpful. Hotel was clean and modern. NO complaints at all.

 "Wonderful stay & great location"
Generally this hotel was a good choice for our first trip to Paris. It was 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower & around the corner from the subway which made getting around Paris and sightseeing easy.We are a family of 5 and booked 2 rooms (a triple & a double) for our 5 night stay. Unfortunately they weren’t on the same level, but since our children are older it wasn’t that much of a problem. The hotel public areas and our rooms were very modern & clean. The corridors to our rooms looked like they belonged in a space ship. The only issue I had with our rooms was that they were a little on the small side and they could have had more bench space & drawersThe staff throughout the hotel were generally very helpful and spoke English . The only problem was that reception was very busy at some times of the day, which meant you had to wait a while to be served.I also recommend letting the hotel organise private transfers to & from the airport. The cars and drivers are great & very professional. All up we really enjoyed our stay in Paris & this hotel.

 "Booking Errors"
Booked two rooms for my family early in advance. Arriving, only one room was in the system and we finally got a second one on a completely different floor, witch is very inconvenient with our three kids. Staff wasn't willing/able to resolve the situation even the next day.

 "Visit To Paris"
Good hotel if you want to be few hundred yards away from most of the activities - Eiffel tower is right next door which makes it very easy to go there during the night. Bar Hakim Metro station is right next to it and can take you to most places you may want to go. Breakfast in the hotel is good. Overall, a nice experience.

 "Not worth the price"
It was nice enough, but totally not worth the price. Location was great. Very close to the metro and attractions.

 "nice hotel"
Great hotel, 5 min walk to eiffel. the only thing tat was lacking that i think they need more people. during our stay in the weekend we have to wait almost 30 min to get out baggage. But in overall it's a good hotel and not to mention we got a free Seine Cruise..

"The staff at the mercure were extremely helpful"
Pros: The staff at the mercure were extremely helpful. easytobook had made a complete mess of our booking. we had booked 2 double rooms and a twin room, which easytobook had confirmed but when we arrived at the hotel they only had a reservation for 1 twin room!the hotel was booked out that night but they managed to get us rooms together. thankfully our flight and transfer got us to the hotel early.
