"Good hotel but average service"

The hotel itself is above average.. clean & well maintained.. close to the airport which is what we wanted.. the breakfast was very good.. so was the swimming pool.. clean & kept at the right temp..The only negative was the service from reception & housekeeping.. I asked for an iron & board.. had to call 3 times in 4 hrs.. still did not come.. finally had to go down to the reception myself & force the guy to bring it for me then & there..Other than that a good experience..

Pros: The best hotel in near paris or by the cdg airport, well deserve the 4* star unlike most of hotels in paris were they wrongly starred. top staffs at the reception desk.

"Just 5 mins from cdg - very convenient"

Pros: Just 5 mins from cdg - very convenient. large room. the shuttle bus ("black bus") is free (despite some confusing references on easy to book web site to 5 euro fee). when going back to airport, cross the street to best western to catch the bus.
Cons: Old tube tv with poor reception! expect more these days. staff very slow to answer phone when calling from paris.

Cons: The hotel is in a general state of disrepair.
staff attitude and friendliness leaves much to be desired.
i was challenged during check-out to pay the full bill even tough it was pre-paid when i made the booking.
we changed rooms twice becuase they could not fix problems in the allocated room.

Pros: Comfortable furniture in rooms.
Cons: There was no refridgerator in the rooms. the wifi was not available in the rooms and was very slow in the lobby of the hotel.
