Nouvel Hotel Eiffel Paris    

Pros: Clean, offered breakfast for 7 euros, nice bathrooms, affordable, within walking distance of the Eiffel TowerCons: Smelled awful, especially in the bathrooms; the rooms were absolutely tiny; reception staff were not friendly nor very helpfulThis hotel wasn't quite worth the value. We thought we'd booked two adjoining rooms for 4 people, but they were not connected, they were small, and they reeked. The staff was unfriendly but not rude. It was an average place, but I think we could have found something better for the same price.

When I booked this Hotel I knew that it wasn't going to be the better place to stay, but the location is quite good, close to a Subway Station and 20 minutes Walking from The Eiffel Tower.Getting there the first impretion is not the best, the reception is small and the Receptionist was not the kindest guy. We had our reservation with Breakfest includded (that's the reason why i reserved this Hotel, because in Easytobook the price with Breakfest was almost the same as the price without Breakfest in the Hotel website) and the Receptionist said that he was shure that it was WITHOUT Breakfest, kind of without respect.The room was supposed to be with a double bed, but there where two single beds in spite of what we have requested. But the worst part was it smell of tabacco, that is coated on the carpet walls, that are covered with wallpaper.The bathroom was the best place in the Hotel, seriously, it was very beautifull, the shower was very good and everithing was big inside.The Breakfest is the French Breakfest with some complements.

Pros: Very clean agood location with lots of good restaurants nearby

Pros: This hotel is well located for the eiffel tower you can see it from the end of the road. if you have a room on the street the window boxes are very pretty. the staff were all very helpful. the room was clean and the bathroom modern shower nice and warm. we could leave our bags whilst we went off sight seeing before check in. the room was small but we spent so little time there it was unimportant.
Cons: No complaints

Pros: Hotel has very good position near metro station.

Pros: Very good location, about 20 minutes walk to the eiffel tower, friendly, saftey neighbourhood with bars and restaurants
Cons: Wifi very very slow, even cannot be used, 100% polyester blanket

Pros: Het hotel is goed gelegen, de metro is er op wandelafstand 5 minuten van, de kamers waren ook goed, voor 1 overnachting, mooie douche
Cons: Er was een enorme stank in onze kamer, die vanuit de badkamer kwam denk ik, putjesgeur

Pros: The room was clean
Cons: The hotel is not 15 mins from eiffel tower, more like 25 mins, room and bathroom were tiny, so was the lift!!! value for money not great, breakfast very poor. the worst experience was the receptionist, who was very arrogant, i've never met anybody at the front desk like that, she should not be dealing with customers, utterly apalling attitude. i wont be back to that hotel because of her, not the tiny rooms.

Pros: Bathroom newly fitted-out & pleasant.
Cons: Bedroom was very small and not very clean. not enough space to
store 2 peoples' suitcases!

Pros: The room was warm and the bathroom was clean.
Cons: The decor was shabby with peeling walls, it was noisy most of the night, it was not somewhere you would choose to stay.

Pros: The staff were very nice and helpful. the rooms were small but good value for money and clean.

Pros: This hotel was within good walking distance of the eiffel tower approx 20-30 minutes, the rooms were small but clean. it had new bathroom fittings and rooms were serviced daily. the staff were very helpful and polite wnd were willing to pass on any helpful information and advice. i would stay here again.
Cons: Unfortunately the bedrooms did smell of smoke which was a shame.

Pros: The hotel is not bed for the price at time when i book it for the cost of £140 euro for 2 days
Cons: My negative experienced is that the hotel didnot have fun or air condition in my room which i was staying which is was vary hot i can not have a good sleep me and my wife so we can not stay more done the days we need to stay at the hotel.and we are also chager for city tex which we are not toid about it when booking the hotel over the pho
