Pros: The receptionist staff were very helpful.

Cons: Don't know how there could be a view of the eiffel tower from any of the rooms (we were on the top floor and could not see it from any of the windows) and from the angle of the hotel couldn't see how you could view it from any room? it did boast that some of the superior rooms (we stayed in one)would have a view.

directions stated 3 min walk from passy metro - but did not state which direction and had problem trying to find it (arrived at night)(several directions once off the metro).

disappointed as it was supposed to be a 'superior room' and felt it was more like a 'standard room'.
