Cons: Yes- no hot water in hotel so after train trip
from madrid had to go out to dinner dirty!
hotel unable to accommodate us till 2.35pm
as room not cleaned-- after cleaning not well
done either.staff indifferent to our concerns.

Cons: Not enough room for breakfast. rooms too dark. air conditioning did not work. television did not work but was not offered refund.
Cons: A double bed was booked, but it was two singles pushed together, not normally a problem, but with only two single duvets provided, it didn't work.
also a little disappointed with the size of the room and lack of space to place suitcases.

Cons: They overbooked our room and after a long day traveling and paying a fortune to park the car close to the hotel we were moved to another hotel. when asked about this they simply said everyone overbooks and acted like there was no problem. we were not offered an apology and i will not be staying with them or using the website again.
