Pros: The staff on reception were very helpful.
Cons: A room for one person is tiny - a double has more space around the bed. both are the same price. the mattresses are very hard and make sleeping uncomfortable and there are only two small flat pillows per bed. these are small things that could easily be improved. a thick duvet under the bottom sheet would soften the bed and it wouldn't be necessary to change all the mattresses. we have stayed here four times now because it is very near my son's apartment so i know.
