Cons: They said breakfast was included. we should have read our reservation email closer. turned out it was not, and we had to pay extra. still, we were not upset.

Pros: When we arrived the guy on reception was very good but explained that there was no electricity on the first floor so we would have to stay at a sister hotel round the corner. i have answered q2 based on the sister hotel.
Cons: The sister hotel was clean, and we had a small apartment rather than a room but it was very old fashioned, unlike the description of the pavillion villiers etoile. when we were leaving we were asked to pay €300 more than we had agreed through your website. this was resolved quickly though.
