Cons: Both on check in & check out the hotel were adamant & persistent incharging us for 2 x breakfast @ 22euros per head when we provided documentation that our package booked through you was for bed & preakfast specia promotion. the duty manager was rude to the point of accusing us that the deal was not valid and could never be possible at the rate booked through you. this experience spoilt the weekend for my wife's birthday celebration as we were initially informed that it had been resolved on thursday 10/11/11 but then reneged on check out. perhaps this needs to be addressed.
