Stayed at this hotel for two nights,With my wife and teenage daughter,Lobby area,Clean and well presented,Bedroom clean and also well presented,Loverly bathroom,With bath and shower,And seperate toilet,Clean towels each day and beds made,Our bedroom was at the back of hotel which ment it was fairly quiet,Made it easy to sleep,Plus the beds were nice and comfortable.Also plenty of space to put you'r cloths.Breakfast is served between 8 and 10 in the morning,Breakfast area not that big,So you may have to wait,But it's a loverly breakfast with loads of choice,Overall i would recommend this hotel.

Pros: Overall we were happy with the hotel. the room was clean, quiet and beds comfortable. bathroom facilities were excellent . breakfast was nice with lots of choice
Cons: Only a slight problem ~ the lift was out of order and we were on 3rd floor. i thought the room was overpriced for what was offered.

Pros: Good situation very near gare du nord, breakfast very good and plenty of choice
Cons: We had booked a standard room, but did not expect to see a very worn and shabby carpet in the room, when we complained, we were told this is what you can expect for a standard room. the other newly refurbished rooms were more expensive, but had i known we were to be put in one of the old rooms may have been inclined to pay a bit more. other than that the room was kept clean.

Pros: Our room was comfortable, modern and quiet apart from a little early morning noise from metro trains below the hotel. the bathroom was also modern. the closeness to the station made traveling around by metro very easy.
Cons: We were on the sixth floor and had to walk up 110 steps because the lift was broken for the 4 days of our stay.the area around the station was ok but not the nicest.
