Location is good but too small room & the view from the window was sad...Price is too high. Not for enjoying stay but ok for the business.People from the hotel were very friendly and kind. Thank you!

For a short stay in Paris the location of this hotel is very practical (Metro circa 50 meter away) and the reception is correct and friendly. Breakfasts are very generous. Why are at least 200 characters neede for apparaisal.? I think I answered your questions suficiently.

We found the hotel to be clean and friendly. The location was fantastic and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The room was good and very clean, but the pipe in the closet was noisy and often woke us up. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

 "Convenient location and a kettle too"
With the meriad of choices we decided on this hotel based on it's convenient location just a few steps from Gare du Nord - quick from Eurostar and good access to city and Gare de L'Est. Another review mentioning a tea/coffee making facitilies in the room also helped. We were not disappointed.The room itself was very pleasant and well decorated with enough space for our luggage and decent sized bathroom. The double glazing helped to dampen the noise from the busy main road, though ear plugs gave additional benefits for a good nights sleep. We did not try the breakfast in the hotel, instead making use of the local craft bakery.

 "3 bedded rooms"
We booked per the website a 3 bedded room which appears to show solid beds.but the room at the top of the first flight of stairs had a light campbed by the door.! We were assured this was a 3 bedded room and not a 2 bedded room with a campbed put in .Our third adult is over 6 foot.They offered a small single room on the 5th floor but with the lift not working and it was a small room we refused and left without staying there.In the dark with sex shops etc nearby we took our cases to find somewhere else.

 "Excellent hotel , good location"
Stayed here for two days and was very pleased. Very convenient location across the street from Gare de Nord and easy access to Metro and train. Room was clean and comfy, with great view of the street. Quiet at night. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage for a couple of days while we travelled to the Loire Valley. Lots of good Brasseries in the area. We didn't eat the hotel breakfast as there were good breakfasts for lower price at the many brasseries close by. Highly recommended and I'd stay there again when visiting Paris in the future.

 "Great stay"
Stayed at this hotel for two nights,With my wife and teenage daughter,Lobby area,Clean and well presented,Bedroom clean and also well presented,Loverly bathroom,With bath and shower,And seperate toilet,Clean towels each day and beds made,Our bedroom was at the back of hotel which ment it was fairly quiet,Made it easy to sleep,Plus the beds were nice and comfortable.Also plenty of space to put you'r cloths.Breakfast is served between 8 and 10 in the morning,Breakfast area not that big,So you may have to wait,But it's a loverly breakfast with loads of choice,Overall i would recommend this hotel.

Pros: Overall we were happy with the hotel. the room was clean, quiet and beds comfortable. bathroom facilities were excellent . breakfast was nice with lots of choice
Cons: Only a slight problem ~ the lift was out of order and we were on 3rd floor. i thought the room was overpriced for what was offered.
