Cons: I was departing on a 7am flight and had to leave on th e5.15 navette which i felt was very early and it only went to terminal 2 and i was leaving from terminal 1, in order to sell the hotel as an airport hotel they need to have more regular tranfers

Cons: We upgraded to a superior room but felt it was standard quality. room was for 2 people but had only one robe and one pair of slippers. carpet was shabby.

Cons: There was total black out when the kettle was plugged in, heater was not provided by the staff on our repeated requests. my kids were wet from the rain. the sink was blocked. overall not a very good experience. we were in complete darkness for 15 mins with 2 scared and crying kids and the receptionist was taking it very easy in helping us.

Pros: The shutle bus was a help and was on time but only stops at terminal 2 so you still have to find your way to terminal 3 as was our case a bit complicated

i ended up taking a very expensive cab ride.

Cons: The bathroom was dirty; the tub had mildew in many places. the restaurant staff could not get orders straight and was poor in attending to guests.

Pros: The night manager was very helpful when we told him we were dissatisfied with the condition of our rooms and took immediate steps to have us moved. close to airport, free shuttle.
Cons: Yes! the first room did not have any ventilation or a/c, the light bulb in the bathroom was blinking. we moved to a second room. ventilation wasn't working, bathroom not very clean, shower didn't drain, sewer smell when toilet was flushed. moved to a third room (upgrade to a luxury room) - this was finally satisfactory.

Cons: Bathroom drains needed attention. shuttle dropped us at airport arrivals instead of departures which required a long walk with suitcases
