We only booked via the internet a couple of days before we arrived with no problems at all. Very pleasant hotel, comfortable accommodation and close to all transport.

We went to Paris for the weekend to take my cousin for her bday.Ideally location as we flew into Beauvais, so ideally to get the train from there direct to Gare De Nord, bars and restaurants around the area were reasonable price. We went to disneyland and again ideal to get tube.The hotel was clean, spacious, vlaue for money and someone on reception to help all the time.Would stay here again in the future

This hotel is very convenient for the Gare du Nord and is in a quiet back street. Room was perfectly adequate, with everything we needed for an overngiht stay and the breakfast (included in the price) was excellent. They also looked after our baggae for the day until we caught the evening Eurostar.

Cons: Wifi does not work in all rooms as suggested in the hotel information. staff not very interested or attentive, though not unpleasant. fridge in room was not really working. lift broke and we were staying on the top (6th) floor...

Pros: The hotel is clean and well decorated, close to train stations and metro. next door to convinient store.

Pros: The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, theree was a nice relaxed atmosphere despite the hotel being very full. the breakfast was excellent as was the location
Cons: My room was a bit cold and draughty and was very close to 2 other rooms at the end o a corridor so the noise of other guests was quite noticable.

Pros: I asked for a double bed, on the morning of arrival for a one night stay. i was given a family room with a double bed and another room with twin beds, which of course i didn't use. . so my request was fully met.

Pros: The staff was very helpful with directions, reservations and general information. the room was a quad which is rare in europe and accomoadated 4 people. the breakfast was great and constantly replenished. the room was air conditioned which was a huge plus the week we were in paris.
Cons: The hotel is an older building with a small elevator. good location to the train station but with the trains brings a lot of homeless people. no problem during the day and early evening.

Pros: Proximity to gare du nord. clean modern bathroom tho door on shower was broken. english speaking staff. crisp white bedlinen. air conditioning worked well.
Cons: Small room, ok for 1 night - felt dusty by windows. noisy. bed cover worn and faded - made it feel dirty. only one second pillow for 2 people. area around gare du nord very seedy.

Pros: Helpful staff, close proximity to train stations.
Cons: The general area is a little edgy. we walked around looking for an adapter and were shortly feeling uncomfortable as we walked along a street filled in either side with groups of lingering men. my wife was the only woman in site.

Pros: Original room allocated was a disgrace, smelt, was not clean and not upgraded as per the brochure. i requested a change of room and it was agreed,carpets in urgent need of steam cleaning, men very helpfell, woman on reception was not and even asked for cash when paying saying that the credit card machine was not working. i refused and my card was accepted
