"My deepest impression is the hotel staffs"

Pros: My deepest impression is the hotel staffs. they are extremely helpful when serving you. for a foreign traveller like myself, they show no hesitation in sharing with me what's best in paris and what are to be avoided. the hotel room are very comfortable and the utilities provided are sufficient. this is the best hotel that i've been too thus far and i will definitely recommend it to my friends if they ever visit paris. i would like to thank all the hotel staffs for providing me their help throughout my stay in the hotel. cheers guys!! =)

Pros: The hotel was excellent in all aspects, they had not however received the correct information from 'easy to book' re our reservation and had to make up another room whilst we waited in lobby. it would have been nice to have been offered a drink at the time. i do believe that the error was that of east to book not the hotel.

My deepest impression is the hotel staffs
