"Posizione comoda - pulizia non altezza."
People working in hotel is kind. The hotel is situated in good position in Paris. You can reach OPERA, LOUVRE and PIGALLE in fifteen minute walking. My room was not very clean - it is dusty . some tiles in bathroom were broken and we were invaded by formicas.

 "Worst place ever"
We booked this hotel Online. When we saw the room we dared not to stay there because we were worried about the health of our children. Worst place we've ever seen. Had to pay anyway even if we did not use it.

 "Great location!"
Great location. Don't expect to much from the hotel, if you will be out all day it is the perfect hotel to sleep. The breakfast is minimal but enough to start the day. The elevator is REALLY small, place for one person and suitcase. As I said, don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed.

 "Cathastrophic room"
A cathastrophic hotel I've never seen and I've never imagined. Negligence total of the clean and lack of respect of the client in the room.Run-down condition, dirthy room (dust everywhere). Taps doesn't work, horrible smell in the room. The door can not be closed.+A correct staff in the reception.

 "Authentically French @ great value"
Really convenient location, truly French atmosphere with reliable value for money. The concierge was helpful in accepting our paltry french and even anticipated our needs and enquiries.

"The worst most unfriendly and noisey hotel I have ever stayed in"
We arrived on Friday the 13th of April. We were spoken at by the receptionist who lead us to the Hotel three doors down as they are the same hotel's. We were crammed into a lift about the same size as a milk crate and shown a room.It was small and sparcley furnished...A bed. and a box that was supposed to be a wardrobe. As we settled onto the bed for a afternoon rest we heard the sound of shouting teenagers. This went on for about an hour,I returned to the first reception and asked for a quieter room. The receptionist gave us a room in the Rex Hotel this time. "its a very quiet room" The room was bigger than the first, but had a full size fridge in the little corridor leading to the main room, this had to be squeezed past. The bath room had a small french bath and a rubber hose type shower that you push on the taps, there was no where to hang this when showering. The bed room had a double bed pushed against the wall so you had to climb in from one side, and this also ment the wardrobe was impossible to open more that about 5 inches as it was at the bottom of the bed. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom circa 1930,cold air only and the button had to be pushed in all the time you used it. The window frame had been freshly varnished and the curtains were stuck to the varnish. On Saturday night we slipped into bed at around 22:00,and at 22:30 the room began to shake with the noise coming from the spiral stairwell. It was a group of around 50 kids taking their cases up the stairs, this went on for some 30 - 40 minuets. The receptionist said Parking was available for 18 euro's a night and showed me a space, which turned out to belong to someone in the flat at the end of the street ! . breakfast was a bun a croissant and tea or coffee, basic but not too bad. I have stayed in travel lodge Hotels that seemed like the ritz compired to this place. I would rate it -10

"Family review - don't us this hotel!"
location central.hotel staff ok.put in sister hotel next door 1 room x 2 for husband and son and 1 x 3 for me and daughters. Our room very basic , dated decor, faded bed linen, clean but only just- shower was a hand held hose in bath ( no plugs) so not ideal.Other bedroom worse My 10 yr old son was completely bitten by bedbugs and we had to move out after first night ( finding alternative accomodation in Paris in run up to Easter not easy)Son was very sore and frankly our holiday was spoilt by this. Did not dare to eat in the hotel so cannot comment on breakfast.Clear this is not first time hotel have had complaints about bedbugs- but what have they done about it?Hotel threatening to take our money for the full 4 days we had booked-having to get a native French speaker to help us sort this out

 "Then best time ever"
We checked in, when a group of load Italians left. That was a plus already (they left)The small elevator took us to the fifth floor, we had to walk 1 floor extra. The room was clean, the bed too. The floor looked as if it couldn't bear us. We didn't dare to walk in the room at first. After a few minutes you forget that, nothing happened. We slept good in the bed, it was comfortable. The staff, the personel were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also better than we expected. We will definately come back to this hotel. It is a pefect start for walks in Paris, super located near the boulevards, near the Opera, near the Louvre, near the Sacre Coeur, very close to the Folies Bergeres.

"Avoid this hotel - or be prepared for the worst"
The worst hotel I have ever seen. Do not be fooled by the low price - it is not worth it anyway! There were 2 positive aspects only - relatively good location and friendly receptionists (especially Rashid). Not all of them, though. On the negative side - the rooms and everything inside are extremely dirty and in serious need of renovation. They do change the towels, but on the second day of our stay we got new towels with bloody spills on them! Ants were frequent in our bathroom. Well, there were too many negative things to list them all. In addition, they require payment upon your arrival - now I clearly understand why...

"People were friendly, however there was confusion when we arrived"
Pros: People were friendly, however there was confusion when we arrived. due to unforeseen difficulty we were delayed in our arrival by one night. i called and explained this to reception, yet when we arrived our room had been cancelled. we ended up going to a different hotel a couple of blocks away and were happy with the accommodations there.
Cons: As previously mentioned, our arrival needed yo be changed by one day. i called to inform the hotel of this as soon as i knew this would be necessary. i was told the would be no problem, yet when i arrived our reservation had been cancelled. we had to find different accommodations on short notice. fortunately we were able to find something near by.
