Pros: Hotel staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. location is great, 1 min walking distance to tube.

Pros: Walking distance from train station.
Cons: Noisy, rooms were tidy but not clean daily eg) carpets were not hoovered. rooms were stuffy, bathroom did not have a window or extractor fan.

Pros: Hotel ground floor and public rooms undergoing refurbishment.
reception staff very good.
Cons: Room cleaning barely adequate. the bed was made and the bathroom was cleaned each day but the room was not hoovered and the general level of cleaning was sub-standard.

Pros: The place has really a good location and the staff is very friendly.
Cons: The hotel was undergoing renovation so the smell of fresh paint on the premises (including the room on the fourth floor) was a bit too strong, if allergic go somewhere else. the walls and floors are very thin so there is always noise from people coming from somewhere, but i sincerely believe for this price things won't be much different in good old paris. the parking lot nearby charges €15 for 24h with or without the hotel voucher, a discount might happen if you talk to the boss. it does not belong to an official parisian agency so it ain't automated yet.

Cons: The hotel was shabby; the rooms we stayed in should not have been let. fixtures fell off the wall, there was masking tape round the door handle, it was being repainted and not finished. drilling going on till 9 o clock at night. in short, the rooms might have been ready in 2-3 weeks but certainly were not servicable now. breakfast was boring, a miserable old woman hovering over us all the time. would never recommend it to anyone, never stay there again, really shabby

Pros: Breakfast was very filling and consisted of a continental selection plus jams, butter, bread, cereals, coffee etc. shower was also good.

Cons: Yes, we arrived at the hotel and sent to a carpark area that was full 30 minutes away from the hotel and had to organise our owe parking, in the morning the showers were cold and the bath room had no shower curtain.

Cons: There was a window missing on the stairwell leading on to the rooftop which made it a bit drafty. was a little odd. the decor wasn't exactly as shown in the pictures, a little bit more retro but generally decent facilities. with more modern bedding and curtains would be an absolute steal.
