Pros: This hotel exceeded all of my expectations! it was very clean, very nicely decorated.the rooms are as shown online. the staff were very polite and willing to help. speak great english. they agreed to save our luggage for us after the check out time. the location of the hotel was perfect it took us less then 10 minutes by foot to get to champs elysee, also the hotel is a reasonable walking distance from arc the triumph, the eiffel tower and many more. we used the metro only once to get to the airport. we even got by foot to the nothre dam cathedral and to quartier latin. ofcaurse if you dont want to walk by foot a metro sattion is about 2 minutes walk away and connects you to all of the important areas in paris. the hotel is located on a quiet street which means no noise at night, a great parisian bakery is very close for breakfast. nearby is a centrall street with sturbacks and few nice restaurants and cafes. we even recieved a small balcony with a view of a beautifull church. we stayed at high season, end of august and the price was great! booking through easy to book was a great value. we enjoyed our stay very much and will deffinitly come back. i would actually give this hotel 4 stars.

Pros: Nice location, really clean. comfortable beds. staff was amazingly kind.
Cons: Something went wrong with the reservation. when we arrived only two rooms where reserved for us, instead of three as stated in the confirmation email. staff handled it pretty well though.

Pros: Helpful friendly staff. breakfast was good value for money
Cons: Top of the wardrobe had not been cleaned recently. suitcases stored there, covered in dusty fluff.

Cons: Room too small, paid for superior room, standard room given, asked reception about this, she moved us to slighly bigger room which infact they called superior, would nt be staying here again.

Cons: We lost 1900 euro & 1000 $ in room 405 safty box without any responsibility from manager mr wenz there is police report

Pros: This was a really nice modern hotel, very close to metro station, shops and restaurants. the staff were very nice and very very helpful i could not fault anything. the room was very comfortable and spotless, couldn't have asked for more. i was very pleased with this hotel and for future travels to paris i would stay there again and would recommend it to my friends.

first i would like to thank you very much for this opportunity to tell you about what i have had in my two weeks trip to paris france.
as i arrived in the saint augustin elysees, i was informed that there are no rooms left in this hotel but the took us to an other best westren hotel to stay for two nights and come back to the saint augustin elysees and we checked out & came back they said there is only one room and they found rooms in the best westren lorette opera where we have had a very nice stay and the family were very happy with the hotel and services.
hope these infos are very helpful and i thank you very much for this chance as i am a very frequent traveler specially to france & uk and will be always on easybook.com

Pros: The location or the hotel was excellent. it was as seen in the photos except from the toilet and bathroom that it wasn't renewed but at least it was clean.
Cons: One or more of the cleaners when we were outside of the hotel opened our luggages, searched them and stole some souvenir we bought. moreover when the next day we put on our door "do not disturb", she/they opened the door and cleaned it and took the sign as well.it is unacceptable!!!!
