Pros: The suite was of good quality and comfortable for 5
Cons: The wifi was not working properly, poor signal. the lift was not working always, but the staff helped to use the service lift

Pros: Excellent value for money with a family of 5 when staying in one of the executive rooms. children loved the hotle and room.
Cons: Lack of communication from hotel staff with regards the hotel swimming pool. the children had enjoyed the swimming pool the night before and we decided not to venture into paris the next morning but to go for a swim again. it was only when trying to access the pool from the changing room and finding the swimming pool door locked did we realise that something was amiss. we got changed again and went to ask at reception. the receptionist said it is "closed for maintanence". there was no sign up or effort to inform guests as other families made their way down to the changing rooms to get ready for their swim.

Pros: Overall pleasant stay, basic hotel, free bus to disney, breakfast ok

Pros: Good price, very nice hotel with swimming pool. has a bit of a 70s feel, but not in a bad way. huge room with bath, and 5 minutes by car from the trani station. we went every morning with train to the centre of paris (around 30 minutes). lovely!!!

Pros: Communal areas, breakfast choice and quantity, reception team lovely, helpful and all speak english, location great - proximity to a104 not an issue
Cons: The triple rooms we booked were not triples but doubles with small camp bed. the rooms are adequate but tired. there is no fresh air as the windows do not open and neither the aircon nor the heating was working whilst we were there. when we asked for extra pillows (one small pillow per bed) and towles we were told this was not possible as the hotel was full.

Pros: Ps3 and internet access in the lobby area, perfect for kids.nice reception area. room decent size. staff spoke english. free transport to and from euro disney
Cons: No phone number on the website if you want to contact the hotel. the rooms are dated also the gym.miles from any shops. restaurant had only 2 fish dishes and 2 meat dishes for the main course. had the same main course 2 days running. left behind belongings. had to go through easy book for a phone number rant hotel staff do not seem interested.

Pros: Good breakfast buffet. room rates were worth the money.
Cons: It wasn't very accessible. we had to take a cab to the hotel as it was too far from the nearest metro. spent a lot of money on cab.
