Lovely Hotel in a fantastic location, 100 yards from Arc de Triomphe and 10 yards from Metro. Very friendly staff, and very clean room which was incredibily quiet due to two sets of patio doors soundproofing the road below.Didn't eat in Hotel as quite expensive; why pay 25 euros for breakfast when the Cafe over the road is super and only 9.

Cons: Very dowdy inside. needs general upgrade. double bed was 2 singles pushed together, which kept separating.
