Cons: Your website nearly ruined our holiday.
we made careful plans, several weeks ahead. we arrived at the hotel in the late evening, showed our "booking confirmation" from you, to be told that the hotel had never received our booking. because of the tennis and the strike, there was no reasonably priced room to be had anywhere in paris, even though we spent the rest of the evening desperately walking around and phoning. the receptionist at the hotel was extraordinarily helpful, far beyond the call of duty, but there was nothing he could do and we had to spend the night sitting on chairs. not much fun. so we never saw the hotel's rooms. not the hotel's fault, but i will never use your website again.
Pros: Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel is excellent. one block from gare de lyon train station and within walking distance to l'ile de paris and many other sites.
