 "nice stay"
A very friendly environment, helpful and good value for money. They let me use the fridge, which was very kind and were at a good location, not too far from eiffel tower. A very quiet stay, no disturbances and a quiet area. A good stay for a quiet break away from everything. Stayed for 3 days, and had room cleaned on 2nd day, toilet pipe was leaking, which did ask to be fixed, but they had no maintenance over weekend, some updating needed, most importantly, would be nice if they changed electric sockets fit adapters as I had no way of charging fone/laptop/camera due to this. But overall a pleasant relaxing stay as could do without these things. Just needed a pleasant sleeping room, which we all got and appreciated as at a reasonable rate. Thanks

 "never again"
We have stayed hotel three nights.No aircondition,no kettle ... just basic room.No soundproof room.Good location,not far to train station,and then two stops to centre,we have been charged EXTRA €30 when we arrived withouth explanation,and when we left hotel at 11:00 we have been charged another €55 withouth explaning why .so I foud out when I got back home and checked my account...

Pros: The breakfast was good, bed/toilet/bath/floors clean, location ok close to calamart overground station not as close as the ad suggests that it is close to other stations

Cons: I would not recommend this hotel, i would recommend you to read all the reviews that were negative as we had exactly the same problems... one towel given, the decoration outdated... there was a hole in the curtains, room needed painting, walls not soundproof, hair dryer really old, flaw boards creaky, bathroom outdated, cold in the room at times despite putting on radiatior,

 "Friendly desk staff"
Pros: Friendly desk staff. quite easy to get to paris central. parking is free, if you can find a slot - being in a residential area, if you came after office hours, that could be very difficult altho i managed to find a slot each of the 4 days i stayed here.
Cons: The power outlets were really old and one didn't work. the 'free' internet is misleading as one had to log in every hour to stay online and it was for light use only. you have to pay for normal usage if you wanted to log on to youtube etc. no lift/elevators so the walk up is tough for older folks.

 "The room was clean and lovely"
Pros: The room was clean and lovely. the place and area had a local feel. we felt we were in the suburbs.
Cons: The information about its location was very deceiving. we were looking for a hotel near gare montparnasse because we needed to take the train the next day.. their description said 7 minutes from montparnasse. but it did not indicate that 1) the hotel was located outside of paris and 2) it was 7 minutes by train to montparnasse. the reason we booked was due to "location," instead we ended up booking in a hotel that was very far from paris.
