We enjoyed our stay, but had a room (118) with a 'view' of the skylight of the floor below and the air conditioning return. Considering we were staying for a week, we thought this was a terrible room selection to provide to us. The bathroom is a disaster. While nice looking, it was pretty much impossible to shower without flooding behind the toilet, which caused us to have to put our used towels down to mop up. Pretty much wiped out any possibility of reusing. We thought the Sunday breakfast overpriced for what was available. We loved the bar, the staff and the piano player. Ended up having a number of our meals there. The location is fabulous for walking to Champs Elysee and major attractions as were your doormen. Basically, the staff was terrific. Down note. High speed WiFi should be provided at no cost.

 "Hotel California Champs Elysees"
Hotel California was delightful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the hostess was wonderful. The room was quite lovely, but small, as was the bathroom. The maid never brought us additional soap until on the last day we asked at the desk and then we got a new soap. Also, English newspapers wre scarce. All in all, we loved the hotel and would stay there again.Susan and Sam
