Very pleasant staff running the hotel, which is in a handy location for speedy access to the beach and the bars and restaurants in the heart of Biarritz. My room was small but modern and clean. I believe the rooms are soundproofed, although the corridors are narrow and so I heard the door of the room opposite a few times. Generally my room was quiet, though.Of note also is a mini supermarket a couple of minutes away on foot... On exiting the hotel's main door, head downhill and turn left at Rue du Port Vieux. The mini supermarket's there on the left-hand side.When I stayed, the breakfast was not a buffet one, but rather a set continental selection: bread (baguette), butter, conserve, croissant, tea/coffee, tinned fruit.

Pros: Its a brilliant hotel in a very nice and quiet location also very close to beach and all restaurants and bars, staff are very helpfull and kind.

Pros: The location was good and communication before my stay was good. the room was comfortable.
Cons: Tv remote control did not work. one small soap disc and one very small sachet of shower gel was expected to last a three-day stay. facilities, such as luggage storage and the hotel lounge were inaccessible after 6 p.m. the coffee at breakfast was not good.
