Pros: From the moment you see the impressive facade of the hotel to the helpful and accommodating staff to the gorgeous rooms and great location being right on the tram stop. hint to new travellers get on the tram from train the machines are easy to follow and take c. card. and then hop back in when looking for a restaurant and get off at the next stop where you will find a coutyard full of restaurants. personally we loved the rooms with beds with sheets and blankets and fluffy pillows and the fxbulous bath after a long day of sightseeing. was our favourite place to stay over our three week holiday in europe.
