The staff were very cautious and fluent in both english and french making communication easy for me. they were very helpful in providing information on taxis, trains,etc. 
The hotwater takes for ever to flow. having to pay for all tv services and the wifi in the room is not so good. in any case it was not working very well evn when you had access to it in the public as well as in the rooms. it would be good to improve the directions t the hotel especailly the fact that it is two minutes from the train station. it took my taxi driver alot of time and checking the map and gps to get to the hotel. the food range is very limited .
