Ramatuelle Hotels and Accommodation
The medieval hill village of Ramatuelle in the Var region of Provence is said to resemble a bullseye when viewed from the air. With a public square at the centre of the old town, and the surrounding buildings arranged in concentric circles, the village was built on a hill in order to defend itself from its enemies. If you are feeling a little more energetic, it is well worth taking the time to explore the narrow little backstreets and markets or browse the designer boutiques. The town hosts a regatta each year, in early October, attracting many luxurious yachts. Tourists come from all over the world especially to witness this event, staying in the area’s hotels and enjoying the spectacular nightlife.
