Known as the House of Butterflies in English, the Maison des Papillons is considered as one of the most magnificent places that you should not fail to see. Set in an antique house, you will see here an amazing display of French butterflies that are undoubtedly one of the best sights in St Tropez. These butterflies were collected by Danny Lartigue over the span of ten years.

Open Tuesdays to Sundays from 10am to 12 noon and from 2:30 in the afternoon to 7 in the evening, the Maison des Papillons could be found at rue Etienne Berny. It houses more than 4,500 different species of butterflies, some of which are considered as among the species that are about to become extinct. Souvenirs and photographs can also be found on sale in the house. You can enter the House of Butterflies, which is among the greatest sights of St Tropez to discover, for an admission fee of only $3.65 dollars. Children under 10 years old can visit this attraction for free.
