Cons: Room badly insonorized, heating turned off/not working, unfriendly hosts (e.g. "i'll let you use the elevator just because you have baggage (everyone else was using it)); none of the parking tickets given (parking included on the reserve)worked, telling me at the end to take a ticket by myself for almost double the price as he couldn't do anything else.
