Pros: One female member of staff in particular was very friendly and helpful.
room service was quick.
room was clean and large enough.
Cons: When we arrived with a lot of luggage we were not helped and struggled into the hotel and after check in struggled up in the lift to our room. the staff were rude and we felt as though they thought we weren't good enough for their hotel.

Cons: Poor service at the bar..waited for twenty minutes to get served but left. the bar was not even busy
