Stuttgart in Germany is of course well known for its great natural beauty and the sheer number of attractions that are dedicated to showing this asset off The Fernsehturm Tower is but one of them, but it ranks among the most highly regarded sights in the region, for those German tourists who are looking for something to do that will show off the country’s splendor.

The Fernsehturm Tower is actually a large television tower, similar to many of the others that dot the German countryside; it alone, however, is unique. The Fernsehturm Tower is built entirely of concrete, one of the first towers in the world to hold that distinction, and it stands atop a hill just outside of town. This wonderful vantage point naturally makes for a good tourist attraction. Visitors can climb to the top of the tower where there’s a lookout deck; from here, one can see the Alps, the Black Forest, and of course the city of Stuttgart itself.
