 "Top location, great value for money"
Stayed 4 nights, booked 2 double rooms. Rooms are small and simple but clean. No free wifi. Car parking isn't free. Breakfast with good selection although the breakfast room is a bit small. The hotel is somewhat old with a classic style, which someone might find interesting, but not everyone will like this I think. The main reason to go there was the location, just parallel to the main station in Munich (Hauptbanhof), and a 10/15 min walk from Marienplatz. Street very calm and quiet neigboorhood. The price, that is, the value for money was great.

 "A day near Munich Hauptbahnof"
Good location for travellers by train, the room had a separate toilet and a separate bath on each end of the bed, coldnt locate the light switch in the toilet but didint have to use it much anyway.The breakfast room was too cramped, people had to do much to walk around and to make room for others.Staff was friendly and helpful.(i just met the gentleman on the reception).

 "Very comfy beds, excellent location"
just near hauptbahnhof station, we had easy access to karlsplatz, sendlinger tor, mariensplatz and the airport. Extremely comfortable beds, very clean. Quiet. Good breakfast. Only comments to the negative would be the paid-for wifi (which I find unusual in 2012!) and the older decor. But all in all, very good value for the location.

The nearby St. Boniface's Abbey is well worth a visit.
