 "My munich travel"
The Arthotel Munich is new, clean, very nice and in a good position. The staff is kind and efficient. The only problem was the crowding at the lifts and the waiting time to use them (there are five floors).

 "central, clean, but bad mattress...."
good location near hauptbahnhof, but the neighborhood is not safe at night if you're a woman alone... Very small room, but clean and nice. Nice bathroom, clean, modern.But the bed was a single bed and the mattress was terrible... So I can't say the sleep quality is good. And the bed was right under the window's curtain, so when I was lying in the bed, the curtain was kind of in my face! So I had to move the bed a little so that it doesn't bother me.The neighborhood is noisy, at night also, but if you sleep with earplugs it's fine.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of staying here. The staff are welcoming and very helpfulThe rooms were nice and cleanThe location is a few minutes walk from the Main station.Overall, I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Munich :)

 "Short break"
My partner and I stayed here for 3nights recently and found the hotel to be in an excellent location,ideal for the main train station as only few mins walk away.We had a problem with the air con the first night as it was making a terrible noise and we couldn't sleep.After contacting reception we found they had no more rooms to move us to so we just had to put up with it.However we were moved the next day,but with not much of an apology we felt.Would still recommend hotel as in general staff were very helpful and breakfast good.

 "Excellent hotel with easily accessible location"
Really nice hotel for 3 of us staying in Munich. Breakfast selection was amazing. Nice and clean room. Quiet and close to central train station which makes it a very nice location to stay for travellers.

Pros: Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. even though i stayed in the hotel during christmas, i got full support from the hotel personnel. a pleasant surprise was that on christmas the hotel served free mulled wine in reception area.

Pros: I felt that it was goo value for money and i was comfortable there.
Cons: The only thing was that there was no grab rail in the showe. as i have had a knee replacement i would have found this useful but i did not think to mention it to the hotel when i booked.

Pros: Within 10 minutes of marianenplatz and 5 min walk of train station, this hotel has high standards and an excellent ambiance. it is in a historic building, and the rooms are being redone with great care and attention. staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros: The hotel was 5min walk from station, staff were kind, rooms were clean and big and also 3 computers available.
Cons: Some of the staff did not know much but in the end we used. the room we stayed in was small for 4 of us but in the end there was no hassle the man put us in a bigger one.

Pros: One of the receptionists was very nice and helpful. the others were professional too, but not as engaging. the location near the train station is excellent. wireless internet was available and no problems. we would definitely stay in this hotel again.
