Pros: When we found an english tv channel. the sweets on reception desk. oh and very close to the best beer hall in munich, and some good restaurants out of the city tourist centre.
Cons: Don't bother with breakfast, rather expensive. good cafe on the way to the city centre, 5 minutes from the hotel. also i personally didn't find staff friendly. however this is common in germany just because they seem cold, doesn't mean they aren't friendly. they will ask what you want, and you tell them what you want.
