Cons: Housekeeping did not change the sheets on the bed for the first 3 days of my stay, or until i complained to front desk about it. i thought that this was one of the new "green" measures that many hotel chains have instituted, but found out that the sheets were supposed to be changed every day. so this was a serious housekeeping failure.
