"The hotel is at a very good location for travelers"
Pros: The hotel is at a very good location for travelers. 5 minutes walking from the central station and you arrive there. the neighborhood have lots of little markets with fresh fruits and food. it's about 10-15 minutes walk from marienplatz or, if you choose, can take the subway from the central station and get there in 3 minutes. the hotel was very clean, the room had a very comfortable double bed and the bathroom was very well equipped, even with a bathtub.
Cons: The only thing i had a problem with was the wi-fi. i already went there knowing that i'd have to pay extra for it and i was ok with that. what the staff failed to notify me (granted that it was an intern/trainee who attended me at the time) was that the wi-fi "pass" that you buy was locked to a single device and not to your "account". i traveled with my wife and we had 4 devices with us and we ended up using only a tablet to find what to do and where to go. in most hotels i've been, the wi-fi was open to any device as long as i had the right password. we ended up going every morning to the starbucks at the central station and connect everything there... also, the intern failed to register my wi-fi payment when we arrived. when we were leaving, another worker charged us again, even though i said i payed. he said that there was nothing on record and he couldn't do nothing. might be a small annoyance compared to the whole hotel experience but, it was an annoyance nonetheless.
