hotel was very clean thruout and location was perfect for city walking destinations
Cons: We originally booked and had confirmed over the internet for 2 seperate rooms for a week. however when we arrived the very young front desk boy debated with us over the wording on our booking printout. his interpretation over the wording was we had booked only one room and not two. fortunately he finally saw his superior who informed us we were correct and not the young concierge (who by the way never apologised to us for his behaviour)
suggestion: the booking printouts need to be adjusted for easier interpretation for none english speaking countries.
upon check out the front desk tried to make us pay for a breakfast that we had never used and minibar as well.
