Staff was great, hotel was nice
We booked a triple, they put us in a double, and delivered a cot like bed instead of putting us in a triple, so we paid extra for a crappy bed, we asked to upgrade to the studio suite like their website says and they informed us there was no such thing. it was a crowded room. we paid for movies and internet, and music package, but the internet went out after an hour and a half, and they wouldn't compensate us
