"Nice clean room with small kitchenette"
Pros: Nice clean room with small kitchenette. would work well for 2 persons but very cramped for 3 with an extra bed. its close to old town (15 min walk) and right on the subway lines that will take you anywhere in munich. minus for hotel restaurant, suggest you eat somewhere else.

Pros: Ideal place to stay in munich for budjet travellers especially for those who travel outside the city, as the hotel is less than 5 minutes from the hauptbahnhof. small kitchen in the room is very useful.

"Rooms were immaculate"
Pros: Rooms were immaculate. staff were extremely helful, friendly and courteous. the restaurant next door was excellent - food and staff.
Cons: Could do with air conditioning. had to sleep with th window open and it's on a very busy road. wouldn't stop me from going back though.
