"Excellent short break"

My Husband and I spent four nights in a very spacious apartment. We were very pleased with all the hotel had to offer. The reception staff especially the lovely Australian gentleman were very pleasant and always helpful. The breakfast choices and quality/variety and service were excellent.I would highly recommend the hotel which far exceeded our expectations.

"Directions to hotel"

We found our way with some difficulty. The name of the u-ban station was different from the one you named . We think directions to Hauptbanhof would have made the journey from the airport more straightforward and would have made it easier to find the hotel. Everything else was excellent . We are looking forward to our next trip to Berlin and staying with you again.

Pros: Staff were very helpful and efficient and the hotel was very well place and it was great that there is a regular express train that only takes 25 mins to get to the airport which was 5 mins walk fro the hotel.

"We were originally staying for one night only, but our other accomodation..."

Pros: We were originally staying for one night only, but our other accomodation fell through and the hotel very kindly found us a room at very short notice. probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. definitely have recommended it to friends and would use this hotel in other countries.
Cons: Niggly things really.missing corkscrew, flat batteries in remote control,lack of slippers in room. all easily rectified by staff when asked.

Pros: Lovely, newish hotel with friendly staff, and impressiv breakfast. ideal lokation in quiet area(but only 10 minutes walk from main station, 5 minutes walk to u-bahn, tram and shopping). you can walk to frederichstrasse and oranienburg strasse, and also to alexander platz (the last you can also reach by tram which takes about 5 minutes). have stayed at the hotel once before, and will stay there again the next time we visit berlin.
