The hotel itself was ok - it was clean, it is positioned in the center of Berlin, the rooms are quite big. Our biggest concern was, that the two booked rooms were not available. So we were standing at the Reception and the hotel offered us a normal room with three beds instead, for a higher price. Unbelievable! We were there for business and needed some good sleep during IFA. So we will NEVER book this hotel chain again if they just don't gurantee your reservation, but give you other rooms when they are overbooked.

The Adina Apartment Checkpoint Charlie it's simply amazing. We spent there 4 days, the apartment is clean, nice, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 2 TVs and everything you need to cook and,, regarding the staff, they are really friendly.The swimming pool is small but it's perfect to relax after a day spent walking in the city. The location is also really really nice, just few steps from 2 metro stops, close to the Checkpoint Charlie and few minutes from the MITTE.The only thing I didn't really get was the WiFi policy. For an hotel where you pay more than 100 euro per night the WiFi should be, at least, for free in all the rooms.

We hired a one-bed apartment for five nights. The rooms aren't lavish, but neither are they spartan - you get everythiing including a washing machine and dryer. The location is good - spittelmarkt and stadtmitte are the local stations - although the actual road, off Leipzigerstrasse is not an attractive one. Don't let that put you off, it's very close to Unter den Linden and the big sights. The pool is a good size, not one of those hotel mini-pools, and it has a gym too. Rooms were really quiet. If, like us, you pay under €100 a night, it's a bargain.

Very nice and big room with separete living room incl. kitchen. You need 10 min. walk to Gandarmen Markt, one nice centre of Berlin. The area near the hotel is not the best area of Berlin.

Pros: Excellent hotel, modern and clean decor yet still warm and comfortable. amazing bed, the coziest hotel bed iv ever stayed in! we were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment from a studio without even asking. they also let us check out late with no additional cost or fuss. pool area is also nice.
