Rooms ok with clean bedding on arrival 
The standard of breakfast was poor cold boiled eggs and very little choice ,although the breakfast was included they made no desire to cater for english guests.
i did not expect full english breakfast but it would have been nice to have a warm option especially due to the season.
there was no faciltiy to eat at the hotel in the evenings even though we did see people in the restaurant but when we enquired we where told this was not an option.
security raised a concern as when we booked in they informed us to use the key to gain entry to upper floors for security but when we did not use the key we could still gain access to upper floors.
the hotel is in a quiet area of berlin with raised concerns as a lot of broekn glass outside th hotel which in the 4 days we where there was never cleaned up.
the rooms could do with some facility to make tea or keep some food items cool if they dont provide food in the hotel
