Pros: No knowing what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised to find the studio flat reasonably spacious with an adequate bathroom and kitchen with all the necessary equipment needed for a few days stay. it appeared to have been fairly recently decorated and furnished in a modern, minimalist fashion and i would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to others. the area was nice, plenty of local restaurants and a supermarket nearby (kaisers). it was near to a bus stop on the ku'damm and not too far from bahnhof zoo. it would suit any traveller wishing to have the freedom to come and go as they pleased.
Cons: My only complaint was in finding the apartment after arriving at olivaerplatz - which covered a big area with a park in the middle. we had no number for the flat so we rang a number given to us in a confirmation email from bearlin apartments and was then directed to the apartment. to help future visitors the address is no. 18 olivaerplatz, next door to an italian restaurant called olive. i hope this helps.
