"Very good Berliner Hotel"

I´ve stayed at this hotel several times before. After the renovation the rooms are nicer. The bathrooms are also renovated and the standard is good. Very nice and cosy lobby with well assorted bar.Very good location close to restaurants shopping and public transport.

Cons: They were not positive intially but not due to the hotel not having any information of our reservation despite an eamil confirmation from you and a reservation number - have trid to call you a couple of times with nobody answering it and being cut off - i would like someone to contact me please after 8 pm at night
