Cons: They gave us a smoking room even though we asked for non. also had problems with the internet.

Pros: Nice location. good price and very decent breakfast!
Cons: Not really negative: they have internet service in the room for a fee, and only a free wifi service in the lobby area. would appreciate a free wifi service in the rooms...

Cons: The hotel was overbooked on the firt night of our stay and we had to be moved to a hotel further away and then pack again to the following day to return to the holiday inn. this process took from part of our day in berlin.
