Not happy about the way they do the billing at the end of the stay! Have had the misfortune of traveling the world on business and this hotel must be the worst of the lot in this aspect. Despite this a good hotel to stay and visit Berlin.

Very good hotel. Just a little bit far of the city centre but good public tranportation service with tickets at the hotel front desk. We had rooms with connecting doors; very suitable with small children.

The local was near transports, in 15 minutes we were in the center. The place was quiet.The room was ok, but with no freezer. Expensive breakfast .In the reception they are quind and nice.

Pros: Beds were very comfortable and nice shower. staff was friendly and helpful, and price was incredibly cheap. 20-25 euros per night!
Cons: Hotel is pretty far off from the center and hotel is far from new.

Pros: No problem finding the hotel (we were driving) but it is a bit out of the main city. saying that, public transport in berlin is very efficient once you've figured it out!

we had to go to the neighbouring hotel to check in (but all connected internally). very helpful staff.

good sized room with modern appliances. nice bathroom. well maintained.
Cons: Don't bother buying wifi - coverage is so bad we couldn't use it in our room at all.

also, in germany (as with other parts of europe) they don't do double beds but instead push two single beds together. when we arrived, the room was set up as two singles and we had to move the bedside tables to "create" a double bed.
